At Thrive Outside, I understand that your health is about more than just your body. It's about the nourishment you feed your body, the environment in which you live, and how you choose to exercise.

 

My name is Donna Boggis, a highly experienced Suffolk based Personal Trainer and qualified Nutritionist. Join me as we step out of the confines of a traditional gym and dive outdoors into the beautiful surroundings of east Suffolk. With a focus on outdoor activities such as cycling, paddleboarding and power-walking, I will guide you to build your strength, improve your endurance, and appreciate the positive effects of nature  on your mental health.

I will increase your knowledge on all things nutrition including portion sizing, personal hydration requirements and the essential food groups.

 

For variety and for those who prefer the classic gym setting, I also have my own fully equipped fitness facility so all of your training needs can be accommodated.
